What is your current turnaround time?

Currently our turnaround time is 2 weeks. I try my best to stick to that timeframe and will be in communication with you if there are any changes. Typically, orders will be ready ahead of schedule. There will be a bulletin at the top of the website if this timeframe is different.

Do you offer embroidery services on personal items?

Yes. While there are items for purchase directly, I do offer embroidery services on personal pieces. Please fill out the “contact us” tab, and I will reach out to you about receiving your items.

Do you allow rush orders?

Yes. Rush orders are handled on an individual basis and will depend on the current order load. I try my best to accommodate my customer’s needs if I can.

Please contact me if you are in need of an order with a quicker turnaround time than what is listed. Please note a small rush order fee will apply.

Can you match a design I have seen?

The goal is to ensure that pieces are created to match your vision. If there is something that you have seen that you want to match or recreate, we can certainly work together! Be sure to save a picture of any designs you love to help give specifics.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. At this time, I ship within the US as well as offer local pickup for those in the Houston area. Simply choose the delivery method that best fits at checkout. For pick-up orders, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.

I have changed my mind on what I ordered, can I change my design?

Once an order is placed, most things like designs, fonts, and colors are locked in as designing and stitching will begin right away. If you do change your mind, please reach out within 24 hrs of your order, and I will do my best to make the accommodation based on where your order is in production.
